1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7-30 days from the delivery date, depending on the seller’s return window.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.

  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, customized products, and digital downloads, are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

  • Buyers must initiate a return request through their Shopex account.

  • Sellers must respond to return requests within 48 hours.

  • A return shipping label may be provided depending on the reason for return and seller’s policy.

3. Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the item is received and inspected.

  • Buyers may choose between a refund, store credit, or replacement (if applicable).

  • Shipping costs may be refunded if the return is due to seller error or a defective product.

4. Dispute Resolution

  • If a seller does not respond or disputes a return request, Shopex will review the case.

  • Shopex may issue a refund directly to the buyer if the seller is unresponsive.

  • Buyers and sellers must comply with Shopex’s resolution decisions.

5. Policy Enforcement

  • Frequent return abuses may result in account suspension.

  • Sellers who repeatedly fail to honor return policies may be subject to penalties or removal from the platform.
