Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
Certain items, such as perishable goods, customized products, and digital downloads, are non-returnable.
Buyers must initiate a return request through their Shopex account.
Sellers must respond to return requests within 48 hours.
A return shipping label may be provided depending on the reason for return and seller’s policy.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the item is received and inspected.
Buyers may choose between a refund, store credit, or replacement (if applicable).
Shipping costs may be refunded if the return is due to seller error or a defective product.
If a seller does not respond or disputes a return request, Shopex will review the case.
Shopex may issue a refund directly to the buyer if the seller is unresponsive.
Buyers and sellers must comply with Shopex’s resolution decisions.
Frequent return abuses may result in account suspension.
Sellers who repeatedly fail to honor return policies may be subject to penalties or removal from the platform.
